Repair Policy

Type of devices that we accept for repair process

We only accept specific type of devices such as phone, laptop, pc and hard disk. Any device that is not related to the one mention need to refer to our technician acceptance.

Diagnostic fee

We have different kind of practice in our shop. In order to avoid any junk devices or devices that is far too broken to be fix, we charge a fee of Rm30 per devices. This fee need to be pay before we proceed with the diagnostic process.

Urgent Fee

Since we have a high number of item to be fix daily, our checking process and repair process would take some time especially if it is related to motherboard or hard disk. Hence, we will charge an urgent fee of Rm200 for any customer that wants their device to be fix urgently.

Repair Duration

The duration of the repair depends on the sparepart availability. Some part we need to order all the way from China or USA. Hence the repair duration could be longer due to shipment as well as custom clearance.

Repair Process

When we accept your device for a repair, the first thing we will do is checking/diagnose to identify the problem of your device. Once the problem has been detected, we will inform you through whatsapp regarding the total price of the repair with the terms and condition.

No Data, No Charge

For hard disk repair and recovery, there is a possibility of failure. In this case, we provide a no data, no charge policy. Meaning if we fail to recover any of your data, your money will be fully refunded (except for the checking/diagnosing fee). If the data recover only partially, we will inform you and discuss with you the price that is suitable with the data recovered.

Repair Cancellation

You may cancel any repair if your part is not yet ordered. Once the part have been ordered, any cancellation is not allowed unless there is an issue with the order such as order taking too long than what have been agreed in our terms and condition on our quotation phase.

Repair Attempt Fee

We charge a repair attempt fee of Rm100 - Rm 150 for any motherboard repair except for hard disk repair. As sometimes there is more than one problem on a single device especially water damage devices.

Privacy Policy

Data Recovered

After data recovery process, all the data that has been previously stored in your hard disk will be recovered and we will never add any other data from other source to your hard disk. Meaning that, the data recovered, is the data from your hard disk itself. We will not be responsible if the data stored is different from what you need as we only recovered data that is from the hard disk itself.

Device Testing

Like any other repair shop, we need your password to test your device once the repair process is done. This is to ensure the device is working properly before handed it over to you. But, you may decide not to give your password and we understand that. Just keep in mind that, if there is any problem with your device after the repair process, we only held responsible on the part that we fix and is not responsible for any other problem that is not related to the initial problem or part that we fix.

Hard Disk Content

After we fix your hard disk, we will check the health of the hard disk or the condition of the data recovered either readable or corrupted. If you have any special request not to check any content of the data for pricacy purposes, we are happy to obliged and will inform you to come to our shop to check the data yourself.

Refund Exception

  1. We do not provide any refund for urgent fee, as this fee is paid in order to give highest priority to your device to be check and repaired.

  2. We do not provide any refund for checking/diagnosing fee, as this is the fee paid to check/diagnose your device.

Refund Policy

Failed Repair Attempt

A failure in repairing a device is common especially the one related to motherboard repair. In this case, we only charge for a repair attempt fee of Rm100 - Rm150 and will refund the rest of your paymeny balance to you

Refund Duration

As we have a lot of daily transaction and refund. We need at least 3-14 days to process your refund. This is to ensure that any refund made do not have any problem such as wrong account number or wrong amount refunded.
